Zoë obtained a BA(Hons) in Theatre Studies from the University of Malta and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.
She is the Programme Manager at Creative Edinburgh whilst also serving as a Board Member/Trustee for Stellar Quines Theatre Company.
Zoë is the co-Artistic Director of Prickly Pear Productions, which has produced Immigration Crisis: The Musical, Nanna's Bolognese, Tifkiriet, The Actors' Atlas (Podcast), Displaced, Baħar and Project Cabaret. As a freelance producer, she is currently working on events for the 100 days project and I Saw Myself - a story of a transgender man finding himself in a Catholic country. Additionally, she has previously worked on New Writing Festivals in Sheffield and Leeds.
As a director she has worked on A Bunch of Amateurs at The Lantern, Organic Matters with Monkey Don't Theatre and Lion King, as part of KSU's Student Fest. She was assistant Director/Puppetry Director for Losing It as part of Sheffield Theatres Young Company and Assistant Director to new work as part of The Lantern's New Writing Festival 2017 - 2019.

Her acting work includes Sofia in Immigration Crisis: The Musical, a residency with Showstoppers: The Improvised Musical!, Nicole in Songs from the Seven Hills, Journalist/Mother in What We Wished For and Accuser in Min Qatel il-Patri?.
She has produced events all around Europe including conferences in Milan, Amsterdam, Malta, Nottingham, Manchester and Paris.
